Kimberly Wright – Front Office Coordinator
Kimberly is a born and raised Oregonian. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon University where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication. After graduating, she ventured to Chicago, Illinois where she attended DePaul University and got her Master's degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication.
During her education, Kimberly worked with Southern Oregon’s Admissions office, where she developed her passion for helping people, especially college students, to pursue their dreams of getting an education. This passion of helping people was the reason that Kimberly decided to get into the staffing industry and is excited to see how she can help people outside of the University system.
One of Kimberly’s other passions is photography. In her spare time she loves taking adventures outside and capturing them on her camera.
Katie Schnepple – Business Developer
Katie came to our team after transferring from our Southeast Portland Office. She came to Express Employment Professionals (EEP) after working as a member of the management team for the Starbuck Coffee Corporation, making the next step as in her professional development as Staffing Consultant with EEP. Here, she found her passion for providing great hope: helping people to find careers, our client companies to find great people, and those companies to make those jobs and employees even better.
Effective June 1st 2009, Katie became Business Developer for the Downtown Portland Oregon franchise, where she represents two divisions of EEP. The first division is Express Employment Professionals, serving clients who are searching to fill open positions in the areas of administration, office services, and entry- to mid-level accounting and finance. The second division is an executive search group specializing in mid- to senior-level contract and direct hire recruitment in the professional accounting and finance niche. In addition to consulting with our clients in the best practices of strategic staff planning, Katie organizes and conducts leadership workshops helping supervisory teams improve morale, control turnover, and foster a culture of growth.
With dedication to service and a culture of responsible corporate citizenship, Katie and Express Employment Professionals are heavily involved with the Portland Rotary and Portland Business Alliance. We are also proud to be in the top 100 Best Companies to Work For, 100 Best Green Companies, and we have also been certified as Client Recommended by the Inavaro Institute.
Katie brings a level of excellence to our Downtown Franchise, and we are excited to see her continue to do whatever it takes to enhance the experience of our clients and prospects, associates and candidates, and community partners.
